These terms govern your use of this site and any services provided by Fable LLC.
Use of the site
You agree to use the site for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to access systems without authorization.
Engagements and statements of work
Client services are provided under a written statement of work or similar agreement. If there is a conflict, the statement of work controls.
Fees and payment
Fees and payment terms are defined in the statement of work. You agree to pay invoices according to those terms.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and access to data or systems required for the services.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information. Each party will protect it with reasonable care, use it only for the engagement, and limit access to those who need it.
Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of its preexisting intellectual property. Unless otherwise agreed, Fable retains ownership of its methods, tools, and templates. You receive a license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes.
Warranties and disclaimers
Services are provided as is and as available to the extent permitted by law. Fable disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and not infringing.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fable will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed fees paid under the relevant statement of work in the twelve month period before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fable harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site if these terms are violated. Either party may terminate a statement of work in accordance with its terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Fable LLC is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page.
